the burning when you go to the bathroom only last during the first two sessions of eliminations. the do go away. also the amount of weight lost during the first few days is mostly your body emptying out primarily anything left in the stomach and intestines. after the first few days when your body becomes accustomed to the fast your body starts to burn the body fat. that burn off depends on how fast your metabolism rate becomes and that varies from person to person. this is my first time on it and i have never felt better.

The question I have is, how much weight can one loose off of this cleansing process? Does it depend on how long you stay on it. Also, when you do go to the bathroom will that burning or warn sensation always be there to the point you actually get raw and irritated? I am really considering this cleansing but the above mentioned are just some of the questions I have.
