Be kind to yourself. We are harder on ourselves than we would ever dream of being to anyone else! Would you tell a friend that they are not attractive because they don’t have straight hair or rock hard abs? Then why would you tell yourself that?

Be your own best friend. Treat yourself with the same respect you would show to a best friend and set the same standards for yourself that you would urge them to strive for. By doing this, you will become someone you love and approve of. As you learn to love yourself and your body, you will find that others will do the same. It won’t take long for other people to pick up on the fact that you respect yourself and that you expect others to do the same. That self-confidence is sexy and alluring to all – male and female, young and old!
