We agree with the basic concepts in the article and think it is a great introduction to the idea of body cleansing. Remember that detoxification is an on-going process; a two-week cleanse is often only the starting point. The most important part of detoxification is to change your diet. Replace packaged and fast foods with whole grains and fresh fruits and vegetables. Buy organic whenever possible. Also cut back on caffeine, alcohol and salt. In addition, you may need to make lifestyle changes in order to keep yourself free from toxins.
